For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 To register a bl888 account, you must be: (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) a natural person (corporate registrations are not permitted); (c) in possession of a valid Philippine mobile number; and (d) not self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from accessing online gaming services.
3.2 Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) bl888 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any alias, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
3.4 KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, bl888 requires all Account Holders to complete mandatory KYC verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. bl888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.5 bl888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements, including forfeiture of any balance held.
3.6 The bl888 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may be blocked. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bl888 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bl888 makes no representation that its services are lawful in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bl888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
4.2 bl888 will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any communication requesting your bl888 password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to bl888 support immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify bl888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bl888 will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation; however, bl888 shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to such notification.

5.1 All deposits to bl888 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed through bl888's approved payment partners, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier.
5.2 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your bl888 Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days to credit depending on the issuing institution.
5.3 bl888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your bl888 account. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 bl888 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as required for responsible gaming compliance or under applicable regulatory requirements. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits from within their account settings.
6.1 Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed bl888's KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bl888 account.
6.2 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. bl888 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests.
6.3 bl888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, as required under PAGCOR regulations and AMLA compliance obligations. Such checks may extend processing times; bl888 will communicate any delay to the Account Holder.
6.4 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
6.5 In the event of suspected fraud, account compromise, or regulatory investigation, bl888 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending resolution. bl888 will notify the Account Holder of any such hold and the expected resolution timeframe.
7.1 bl888 may offer bonuses, free spins, free bets, loyalty rewards, and other promotional credits ("Bonuses") to registered Account Holders from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is disclosed in the individual promotion terms and is calculated on the Bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combination of both, as specified.
7.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting offer terms, coordinating bets to generate artificial turnover, or using any other technique to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — is strictly prohibited. bl888 reserves the right to void Bonuses and any winnings generated from abusive activity, and to close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 bl888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to active bonuses will not affect wagering requirements already in progress unless required by regulatory mandate.
7.5 Where a player has both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in their bl888 Wallet, Real Money Funds are used first for wagers unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
8.1 All games available on bl888 are supplied by licensed third-party gaming providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. 11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bl888 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any bl888 content; use of bl888 trademarks without written authorization; or reverse engineering of any bl888 software.
11.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to bl888 regarding the platform may be used by bl888 without restriction or compensation to the submitter.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bl888's total liability to any Account Holder in connection with these Terms or the use of the bl888 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 bl888 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity; (b) any indirect, consequential, or special loss; (c) loss arising from reliance on information on the bl888 platform; or (d) losses arising from events outside bl888's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, telecommunications failures, or regulatory interventions.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 bl888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bl888 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered Account Holders via the contact details held on file.
13.2 Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates required for regulatory compliance — may be made without notice and are effective immediately upon publication.
13.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bl888.co/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version took effect.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bl888 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14.2 bl888 is subject to regulation by PAGCOR in respect of its gaming operations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14.4 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bl888's internal complaints process will be submitted to arbitration under the applicable rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
